Maninder Kapoor Puri brings nearly 30 years of extensive experience in driving business performance through effective management of human resources. Her background encompasses various sectors including biopharmaceuticals, IT services, and consulting, spanning different regions including North America, EMEA, and APAC. Before joining Syngene, she served as the CHRO at Biocon, where she successfully led a transformative culture and leadership initiative. She has also held senior roles across renowned organizations like Accenture and Mastek, showcasing her prowess in reshaping organizational destinies.

On the other hand, Abhijit Zutshi comes with a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical arena, accumulating nearly 27 years in diverse commercial roles. Prior to joining Syngene, he spent 25 years at Biocon, culminating in his role as the Chief Commercial Officer for the generics division. His career trajectory is marked by significant leadership in sales, marketing, and business development, steering successful global market strategies.

Within their respective positions, both Maninder and Abhijit will play vital roles in shaping the future direction of Syngene.
