• - For those applying for a voice call plan via Mobile Number Portability (MNP), the activation time may take longer depending on the timing of the MNP reservation number issuance by the current mobile carrier.
• - Requests made between 8:30 PM and 9 AM for voice call plans via MNP will not qualify for the 10-minute service.
• - Depending on the nature of the application, verification, or activation may take several days.
• - To register identification documents for voice call and data + SMS plans, the My Number Card for public personal authentication (JPKI) is required.
