The Orion X650 is a sixth-generation MANET (Mobile Ad Hoc Network) radio, designed specifically for high-capacity communications suitable for challenging environments. The delivery of these radios will span several years, beginning this year, and is essential for enhancing communication resilience against various electronic warfare threats.

The tactical radio features four radio-frequency connectors, allowing for configurations that can either serve as two independent radio channels or one single channel with MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) technology. This adaptation ensures high performance and reliability across land, air, and maritime environments, making it an ideal solution for military operations.

Strengthening Poland's Defense Capabilities

For the Polish armed forces, the Orion X650 will serve as a primary data transport network, linking command and control nodes compatible with 5G.
