V2X Inc. Awarded Major Contract to Enhance U.S. Army Training Programs
V2X Inc., listed on the NYSE under the symbol VVX, has recently been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army for its Live Training, Ranges, and Combat Training Centers (LTRaC). This contract is part of the Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award initiative, which plays a crucial role in supporting the Army's Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI). With a focus on delivering comprehensive lifecycle management, engineering expertise, and manufacturing capabilities, V2X aims to enhance existing training instrumentation systems while developing new ones.
The LTRaC initiative is designed to modernize the Army's major range and Combat Training Center (CTC) systems. V2X is expected to deliver robust support for live fire training ranges, CTC's, and home station training environments. Moreover, the company may also extend its support to the live training systems of the U.S. Marine Corps.
"With the addition of the LTRaC contract, V2X completes a trifecta of premier Army training contracts, joining our ongoing projects under BEST MAC and W-TRS," stated Jeremy C. Wensinger, the President and CEO of V2X. He emphasized that the company is committed to supporting every aspect of a warfighter's training, from day-to-day operations to modernizing systems and implementing advanced instrumentation, ensuring readiness on a large scale.
The LTRaC scope encompasses various critical efforts, including continuous technology refreshes, modernization programs, research and development, and the delivery of new system solutions for live training. Ken Shreves, Senior Vice President of Mission Support at V2X, highlighted the integrated nature of V2X's support, stating, "From every soldier and every weapon system to major training installations, V2X is focused on delivering comprehensive assistance across training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations."
The estimated value of the LTRaC IDIQ contract is substantial, totaling $379 million over an eight-year period that includes a five-year base term and a three-year option for extension. This is an indication of the significant commitment from the U.S. Army to enhance its training capabilities through advanced instrumentation and technology solutions.

The company plays an integral role in all phases of a mission's lifecycle, aimed at enhancing readiness, optimizing resource management, and bolstering security.
