Meiji Jingu Gaien, with a rain date set for August 9 in case of inclement weather. Gates at the Jingu Stadium will open at 4 PM, while spectators at the Chichibunomiya Rugby Stadium can enter starting at 3 PM. As the night unfolds, guests can expect a dazzling display of
10,000 fireworks lighting up the Tokyo sky, starting at 7:30 PM and concluding around 8:30 PM.
