On February 9, 2026, the Stevie® Awards announced their prestigious winners in the 20th Annual awards ceremony for Sales and Customer Service, widely recognized as the top honors for achievements in these fields. Among the proud winners of the Grand Stevie Awards, IBM stood out with a remarkable score of 59.5 points, a testament to their consistent performance. Garnering an impressive array from seven Gold, eight Silver, and fifteen Bronze Stevie Awards, IBM's winning streak marks its tenth consecutive year as a Grand Stevie Award winner, reinforcing their position as a leader in customer service innovation.
Following IBM, DP DHL secured the second position with a total of 53 points. This international logistics giant achieved an impressive tally of eight Gold, seven Silver, and ten Bronze Stevie Awards from their affiliates operating across the Americas, Asia, and Europe. This marks DHL's 14th consecutive win in this esteemed program, demonstrating their sustained commitment to excellence in customer service.
Rounding out the top five were ValueSelling Associates in third place, followed by UnitedHealthcare Provider Service Operations and Allianz Services Private Limited. Notably, ValueSelling’s performance led them to achieve 39 points through their advocacy on behalf of various clients, including notable names like Alaska Communications and Quest Software. On the other hand, Allianz Services managed to accumulate 34.5 points for their efforts in improving customer interactions in Kerala, India.
Points System for Assessment
It is worth noting that the Grand Stevie Award winners were determined through a unique points system based on the number of awards won in the Stevie competitions — Gold awards count for three points, Silver awards for two points, and Bronze for 1.5 points.
