Daffodil Baez brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Howard University Faculty Practice Plan from 2023 until now. Under her leadership, the practice flourished, boasting over 130 doctors across 25 specialties. Baez played a crucial role in enhancing clinical quality metrics and improving operational efficiencies, achieving this through strategic initiatives such as upgrading electronic medical records and refining the revenue cycle management. Furthermore, her leadership extends to multiple clinical practice management roles and includes experience as a chief transformation officer for a behavioral health group in Phoenix.
