Speaker Introduction: Tohru Hatano
Tohru Hatano holds a master's degree from the Graduate School of Science and Technology at Waseda University. Following his graduation, he joined Nomura Research Institute, where he worked in strategic consulting and gained experience in New York. Hatano later moved to Accenture, rising to partner status in just one year and leading teams in change management and human performance across the Asia-Pacific region for automotive and industrial machinery groups.

After serving as a guest professor at Kyushu University's Center for Industry-Academia Collaboration, he transitioned to OKI Electric Industry Co., where he acted as the general manager of the Solutions & Services business and later became the CEO of OKI Data. Following his departure, he became the deputy head of account business promotion at SHIFT Corporation and is now an advisor there. As of May 2024, he has taken on the role of Executive Officer and Head of Consulting at NEWONE.
