Kappa Sushi, a part of the Colowide Group and based in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, is set to unveil a new collection of luxurious sushi options starting September 4, 2025. Entitled “Kappa's Gourmet Sushi” (かっぱのごち寿司), this exclusive menu will only be available for in-store dining at Kappa Sushi locations across the country.

This autumn, sushi lovers can indulge in a variety of exquisite offerings, including the highly sought-after "Minami-tuna Chutoro" which melts in your mouth, as well as the subtly rich "Ozekiri active sea bream with yuzu salt." Other highlights include the creamy and robust "Active Hama-hirami", complemented by a selection of generously portioned sushi such as "Salmon with Ikura", "Ezo Abalone", and more, all artfully plated in the dishes like “Kappa’s Deluxe Nigiri – Seven Pieces of Autumn” and “Kappa’s Deluxe Nigiri – Five Pieces of Autumn.”

Those looking for the ultimate treat can savor the "Kappa's Special Gunkan Assortment," featuring fan-favorite items like uni, chutoro, and ikura, or delight in the "Kappa’s Chutoro Assortment” which showcases a variety of top-notch ingredients designed for a special dining experience.

Furthermore, starting this autumn, Kappa Sushi will expand its beverage offerings. Previously limited to cold sake in the eastern and western regions, both “Masumi Karakuchi Gold” and “Tamano Hikari Saketsu” will now be available as hot sake as well, complementing the seasonal dishes perfectly.
