With more than 30 years of experience in various leadership roles, Boyette brings a wealth of knowledge to AlarMax. His background spans multiple sectors, including plastics, consumer packaged goods, energy, and healthcare. Most recently, he served as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Maker's Pride, a company known for its contract food manufacturing and packaging services.

He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida. Originally from Ocala, Florida, Boyette has resided in the Atlanta area for two decades before moving to Latrobe, Pennsylvania. When he is not at work, Eric enjoys various outdoor activities, including hiking and kayaking, as well as attending live music events. He is also an avid board game player and trivia enthusiast. A proud father of four adult children, he and his wife are also committed supporters of the Florida Gators college football team.
