Kizuki offers comprehensive training for those who may lack experience in teaching or providing emotional support, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to succeed in their roles.

Job Description for Kizuki Tutor


As a tutor, your responsibilities will include:
  • - Providing one-on-one individualized learning support and emotional assistance.
  • - Conducting an 80-minute session followed by a 10-minute preparation and record-keeping period, totaling 90 minutes for each tutoring session.

Qualifications Needed


Candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Learning Support: Ability to provide tutoring in at least one subject at university entrance exam level. Past experience is not required, but passing a university entrance exam fulfills this requirement.
2. Emotional Support: Ability to empathize and connect with students who have experienced setbacks, without prior support experience or specific qualifications being necessary.
3. Commitment Duration: Availability to work for at least six months.
4. Weekly Tutoring Commitment: Able to handle at least two sessions per week.

Compensation


  • - Tokyo & Kanagawa: 1,763 yen per session (training: 1,748 yen).
  • - Saitama: 1,635 yen per session (training: 1,620 yen).
  • - Aichi: 1,700 yen per session (training: 1,680 yen).
  • - Kyoto, Osaka & Hyogo: 1,688 yen per session (training: 1,673 yen).
  • - Fukuoka: 1,770 yen per session (training: 1,700 yen).

Note that salary will increase upon evaluation and recognition as a lead tutor after approximately one year.
