His portfolio included popular brands such as Hillshire, Ball Park, Sara Lee, Jimmy Dean, and many others.

He further contributed to ConAgra Foods, leading significant business transformation efforts that united well-known brands including Hunt's, Wesson, Healthy Choice, and Butterball into a consolidated operation that generated over $2 billion in annual revenue.
