The LiveMax Sakishima Cosmo Tower Hotel is all set to open its doors on December 10, 2025, at the Sakishima Cosmo Tower in Osaka, Japan. With a mission to connect the world to Osaka and vice versa, this hotel promises an exciting blend of modern design and local culture. The main hotel areas will occupy the 10th to 17th floors of the tower, featuring a total of 263 guest rooms. An expansion that includes a sauna facility and an additional 90 guest rooms on the 7th to 9th floors is anticipated to launch in spring 2026.

Conveniently located near Universal City Station, the hotel will offer a shuttle bus service to and from the iconic theme park, allowing guests to experience the best of Osaka's attractions. Each room spans a minimum of 35 square meters, accommodating up to six guests. The hotel focuses on a versatile design that combines functionality with traditional and contemporary Japanese aesthetics. It boasts breathtaking views of the Kansai skyline, which has even earned a spot as one of Japan's top night views. Every room is uniquely situated to provide stunning night vista experiences.
