FutureMain Unveils Advanced AI Equipment Diagnostics at ADIPEC 2025
In a remarkable display of technological innovation, FutureMain, a leader in AI-driven predictive maintenance solutions, participated in ADIPEC 2025, held in Abu Dhabi from November 3 to 6, 2025. As the largest energy exhibition globally, ADIPEC provided a platform for FutureMain to demonstrate its commitment to enhancing reliability and efficiency within the energy sector.
This year marked FutureMain's second appearance at ADIPEC, during which the company highlighted the continuing global demand for predictive maintenance solutions, especially within the Middle Eastern market. The company's participation reaffirmed the reliability of its advanced technology, showcasing its adaptability to evolving industry needs.
At the event, FutureMain introduced upgraded versions of its core solutions: ExRBM and the portable diagnostic device ExRBM Portable+. ExRBM stands out as an AI-enhanced predictive maintenance system that monitors and analyzes equipment conditions in real-time. Its capability to detect early signs of anomalies and faults significantly boosts overall operational efficiency.
Moreover, the latest integration of Explainable AI (XAI) empowers field engineers by providing clear reasoning behind each diagnosis, which in turn assists them in making more informed and reliable decisions. The upgraded ExRBM leverages automated diagnostic algorithms driven by vertical AI, functioning optimally based on manufacturing-specific data, which amplifies its usability in diverse industrial environments.
The ExRBM Portable+ was designed for convenience, functioning independently in challenging industrial settings. Its unique multi-channel architecture supports simultaneous monitoring of 4 to 24 channels, offering flexibility and scalability to accommodate a wide spectrum of field applications.
During ADIPEC 2025, FutureMain took significant steps towards strengthening its global presence, signing three Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), including a noteworthy agreement with Framence GmbH from Germany. These partnerships are poised to expand FutureMain's global outreach in AI-driven diagnostic technologies, creating avenues for future technical synergies.
FutureMain's participation included presenting real-world case studies and live demonstrations of its AI-powered predictive maintenance technologies. These initiatives underscored the company’s role in addressing vital industry needs such as boosting equipment reliability, minimizing operational costs, and enhancing energy efficiency.
CEO Sun-hwi Lee articulated the company's vision, stating, "AI-powered predictive maintenance is a core technology that strengthens plant reliability and drives sustainable operational efficiency. Our deployments across Asia, including Japan, have already demonstrated our technological credibility. With these new global partnerships, we are set to expand our solutions' adoption in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East."
Looking ahead, FutureMain intends to further elevate its global visibility at CES 2026, where it will unveil the next generation of its Operational AI and Physical AI technologies, aiming to reach a broader international audience and solidify its position as a leader in AI-focused industrial solutions. This trajectory suggests a promising future marked by innovation and collaboration in the energy sector, marking an important shift towards more intelligent and efficient operational methodologies.
