Collaboration Release: Uma-Tomato Hamburger Mazesoba

Junk Garage, operated by Matsu Fuji Foods based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, is set to launch their second official collaboration with Matsuya Foods, well-known for its beef bowls, curry, and set meals. Starting on May 20, 2026, the Uma-Tomato Hamburger Mazesoba will be available at all Junk Garage locations, excluding food court outlets.

The New Star Has Arrived

Following the success of the first collaboration featuring the Uma-Tomato Mazesoba, the much-anticipated Uma-Tomato Hamburger has finally come into its own. This dish combines the beloved Uma-Tomato Hamburger flavor from Matsuya with the unique Mazesoba that Junk Garage proudly offers.

The highlight of this dish is the generously sized and thick hamburger patty, which appears to fill the bowl. The juicy meat is enveloped in a bold garlic-infused tomato sauce, creating an unprecedented richness and addictive quality that fans of both brands are sure to love.

Sales Information

In addition to the three locations that were involved in the pre-launch, the Uma-Tomato Hamburger Mazesoba will see a significant expansion in sales outlets starting May 20.
