In his new role, Joe Guidry will work closely with Mighty’s distributors, franchises, and customers to enhance the offerings in the undercar product line. Before taking on this role at Mighty Auto Parts, Guidry amassed valuable experience as a Category Manager at Genuine Parts Company (NAPA). His journey in the automotive parts industry began in commodities before he transitioned to tools and equipment, and eventually managed the paint, body, and equipment category. His background also includes a six-year tenure as Marketing Manager at Auto Plus Auto Parts and a significant role as a District Manager for Advance Auto Parts, where he oversaw numerous locations and a large team of staff members.

Guidry's passion for the automotive industry is apparent as he discusses the competitive nature of the undercar product market. “Undercar is a competitive category, and our franchises need programs built around how their customers buy,” Guidry remarked. His insight highlights the importance of tailoring their offerings to meet the unique needs of customers across various market segments.
