S&P Global has announced pivotal leadership appointments within its Mobility division, marking a significant step as the company prepares for its planned separation from S&P Global into an independent entity. The new appointments include Larissa Cerqueira as Chief People Officer, Tasha Matharu as Chief Legal Officer, and Joseph 'Joedy' Lenz as Chief Information Officer.
Key Appointments
Larissa Cerqueira: Effective January 1, 2026, Larissa will transition from her role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Fluence Energy to lead the people strategies at Mobility. She brings over 20 years of experience in human resources across various sectors, particularly in energy and technology. At Fluence, she played a crucial role in scaling the organization from 200 to over 2,000 employees during its rapid growth phase. Her extensive background in talent management and organizational change will be invaluable as Mobility moves forward.
Tasha Matharu: Also starting January 1, 2026, Tasha will take up the role of Chief Legal Officer. Previously the Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at SP Global, she has a solid foundation in public company legal strategy, governance, and compliance. Tasha's legal expertise and insight will guide Mobility's legal and compliance landscape through its transition.

Joseph 'Joedy' Lenz: Joedy has been appointed as Chief Information Officer of Mobility, effective immediately.
