Aomori's Shimokita Gourmet Fair at Ueno Park
Get ready for a culinary adventure! On November 8th and 9th, the
Shimokita Gourmet Fair will take over Ueno Park's fountain square in Tokyo, showcasing the best of Aomori Prefecture's delicacies. This exciting event is part of a long-standing initiative led by
Tohoku Newspaper Company, which aims to promote the beauty of the Shimokita Peninsula through collaboration with major sponsors including
Tokyo Electric Power Holdings,
Electric Power Development, and
Recycling Fuel Storage.

This year's fair marks the continuation of a beloved tradition, allowing attendees to sample and purchase specialty foods from the six local municipalities of the Shimokita Peninsula:
