REPT BATTERO Showcases Cutting-Edge Energy Storage Solutions at CIBF 2026

Introduction

From May 13 to May 15, 2026, REPT BATTERO made a significant presence at the 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) held in Shenzhen. The event highlighted REPT BATTERO’s commitment to innovation in energy storage and hybrid battery technologies. This article delves into the key products and technologies presented at the fair, including developments aimed at enhancing energy efficiency and sustainability in various applications.

Advanced Energy Storage Solutions

REPT BATTERO showcased a comprehensive range of energy storage solutions catering to residential, commercial, and large-scale applications. In their residential storage segment, the company introduced several cell formats, including 50 Ah, 72 Ah, and 100 Ah, alongside solutions with capacities of 280 Ah, 314 Ah, and 392 Ah.

The standout offering was the Wending® 392 Ah cell, which boasts a 25% capacity increase over the 314 Ah variant, reaching a performance of 1.25 kWh per cell. Operating at a 0.5 discharge rate, this cell achieved an energy efficiency of 95% and is suited for applications including residential storage systems and grid projects. Furthermore, the Wending® 588 Ah cell with a capacity of 1.88 kWh emphasizes long-term durability and energy density while ensuring safety and a lifespan of 25 to 30 years, capable of withstanding over 10,000 cycles.

Additionally, REPT BATTERO introduced the Powtrix® 3.0 energy storage system. Utilizing 392 Ah cells in a standard 20-foot container, this system achieves an energy capacity of 6.26 MWh, enhancing energy capacity by 25% while minimizing site footprint by 16% and installation time by 18%. Capable of functioning reliably in temperatures from -40°C to 60°C, it features a 95.5% efficiency and active balancing capability.

Innovations in Automotive Battery Technologies

Transitioning to the automotive segment, REPT BATTERO highlighted technologies that focus on rapid charging, extended range, and hybrid solid-liquid battery systems. A notable introduction was the 120 Ah ultra-fast charging cell, showcasing advanced thermal management that allows for 6C charging rates across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, achieving high energy density and improved safety.

The Wending® 54 Ah cell, widely adopted in the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) market, stands out for its commitment to safety and durability. In May 2025, it was among the first to meet the stringent GB38031-2025 safety standards, passing rigorous thermal propagation and fire tests, demonstrating stable energy production even in low state-of-charge conditions at -35°C.

REPT BATTERO also unveiled its new hybrid battery technology platform, catering to both mainstream and high-end electric vehicle markets, with manganese-based and high-nickel systems. The manganese model focuses on lower temperature performance and cycle stability, maintaining over 80% capacity at -40°C and passing severe nail penetration and drop impact tests without igniting.

Heavy-Duty Vehicle Solutions

In addressing the demands of commercial vehicles, REPT BATTERO unveiled several products targeting heavy-duty transportation. This includes a 268 Ah ultra-fast charging LFP battery capable of achieving a 240 km range in just 15 minutes of charging, thereby significantly enhancing operational efficiency. The 324 Ah LFP battery is engineered for high-intensity transport scenarios, extending battery life to about 10 years or 1.5 million kilometers.

Additionally, the Pack-F was announced, which boasts an energy capacity of 600 kWh and supports megawatt-level rapid charging at 1.5C, leading to approximately a 40% improvement in charge efficiency.

Commitment to Global Energy Transition

REPT BATTERO's comprehensive array of showcased products at CIBF 2026 underscores the company’s dedication to delivering safer, more efficient, and sustainable energy solutions crucial for the global energy transition. As the world pivots toward greener practices, REPT BATTERO remains at the forefront of transforming the energy and automotive landscapes with its innovative technologies.
