Special Forum at DXD Camp
Trinity Inc. is excited to announce that the
DXD Camp, a practical business school, will host a special forum on
May 15, 2026, featuring renowned business leaders,
Akihiro Iriyama from Waseda University Business School and
Akihiro Nagaya, president of Yanmar Brand Asset Design.
As we opened participant registrations, we were overwhelmed by the response, leading to an increase of
20 seats for our in-person venue due to high interest. This yearly forum, typically for graduates and partners of the school, will now be open to the public, especially welcoming those interested in cultivating business leaders.

- - Fees: 1,000 JPY for onsite participation / Free for online participation
- - Registration: Available via Peatix until the end of April, or until full capacity is reached.
A Space for Exchange
In collaboration with management members from various companies, new venture developers, and HR personnel, we aim to create a stimulating environment for all attendees focusing on essential themes like
knowledge exploration, the significance of
innovation and design, and how we can effectively create value through collective insights. Media representatives and officials from government institutions have also confirmed attendance, enhancing this dynamic forum.
About DXD Camp
Founded six years ago,
DXD Camp emphasizes practical applications of design principles to foster business creation and organizational transformation. Our unique curriculum, recognized by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, goes beyond conventional notions of design, providing students with broad, creative skills.
We have successfully trained over
200 graduates from approximately 100 different companies, covering a diverse range of fields including technology, development, new business, design, intellectual property, research, and marketing. Our classes, predominantly online, include fieldwork at mid-sized firms, equipping students with hands-on problem-solving skills.
Additionally, post-graduation networking opportunities foster strong community bonds among our alumni, which is a standout feature of our school.

Akihiro Iriyama
Professor, Waseda University Graduate School of Business Administration
- - Graduated from Keio University and completed his master’s degree at the Graduate School of Economics, Keio University. He has worked at Mitsubishi Research Institute and obtained a Ph.D. in 2008 from the University of Pittsburgh.
- - After serving as an Associate Professor at SUNY Buffalo, he returned to Waseda University, where he has published numerous articles in major international management journals and remains an active media figure.
Akihiro Nagaya
President, Yanmar Brand Asset Design Inc.
- - With 30 years at Toyota Motor Corporation, he has held various roles including Director of Lexus Brand Planning and General Manager of the Toyota Design Department. He previously worked at Yamaha Motor Co., leading global branding and product design.
