Next Level Aviation Concludes Recapitalization with Turning Rock Partners

Next Level Aviation®: A Significant Milestone in Recapitalization

Next Level Aviation® (NLA), headquartered in Dania Beach, Florida, has announced the successful completion of the recapitalization related to its prior investment from Turning Rock Partners (TRP). Established in 2013, NLA has carved a niche as a leader in the global distribution of used serviceable materials (USM) specifically for Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft. The completion of this recapitalization signals a growing independence for NLA, as it has fully repaid the preferred equity investment made by TRP back in 2019.

The official declaration was made by NLA’s Chairman and CEO, Jack Gordon, on August 5, 2025. Gordon expressed his enthusiasm about wrapping up the investment recap, stating, "We are very pleased to conclude the full buyout of Turning Rock Partners. We would like to extend our gratitude to the TRP team for their financial and operational support during the investment period. We wish everyone at TRP all the best for the future, both personally and in relation to their portfolio investments."

The completion of this recapitalization not only marks an important milestone for NLA but also demonstrates the company’s commitment to maintaining flexibility and independence in its operations. Gordon acknowledged the critical role played by PNC Business Credit Team, who provided the necessary lending flexibility, enabling NLA to complete this management-led recapitalization.

NLA’s management is now assessing the company's equity needs as they prepare to select a new financial partner to help elevate the business to the next stage of its growth. In addition to being a major player in the aviation materials sector, NLA emphasizes the importance of having the right financial backing to enhance its operational capabilities.
