NOVUS Media Agency Grows with the Appointment of Krithika Rosenthal

A Strategic Leadership Boost for NOVUS

NOVUS, a leading independent media agency known for its purposeful approach to growth, has taken a significant step in its leadership development by welcoming Krithika Rosenthal as its new Managing Director of Strategy and Integrated Outcomes. As part of the broader strategy led by CEO Libby Morgan, this appointment reflects NOVUS' commitment to enhancing its strategic and data-driven capabilities.

In her new role, Krithika Rosenthal is set to lead the strategic direction across the agency’s diverse client portfolio. She aims to create stronger connections between media planning, investment, data analytics, and technology. This integration is crucial for translating insights into actionable execution, thus enabling teams to deliver measurable outcomes more effectively for clients.

Rosenthal’s expertise will be pivotal in advancing how NOVUS utilizes data and emerging technologies throughout the media lifecycle. This encompasses the entire journey from initial insights through planning processes to performance evaluations. A core objective for her is to ensure that planning, analytics, and activation are closely aligned while further enhancing the agency's established strengths in both local and integrated media strategies.

Having over ten years of experience in advising businesses on marketing transformation, Rosenthal most recently served as the Group Director of Strategy at Wavemaker. In her previous capacities, she has led significant cross-channel planning efforts and has been instrumental in guiding clients through complex transformations across a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and logistics. Her experience also includes tenure at EY Global Services, MRM Commerce, and Razorfish, collaborating with notable brands such as Novo Nordisk, Diageo, Danone, Kraft Heinz, and more.

Rosenthal’s focus has consistently been on modernizing the methodologies businesses use to engage customers, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the final stages of the consumer journey to ensure brands not only gain visibility but also emerge as the preferred choices for consumers. Her appointment signifies a strategic commitment by NOVUS to bridge gaps between brand perception and actual performance, particularly in an increasingly automated and competitive marketplace.

"Krithika possesses a unique ability to build frameworks that simplify complex challenges into actionable strategies," said Libby Morgan regarding Rosenthal’s appointment. "Her methodologies will facilitate adaptive decision-making that resonates with evolving customer behaviors and market dynamics. As we continue our growth trajectory, strengthening the interconnections between our data, technology, and media initiatives is paramount. Krithika's skill set will be invaluable to achieve this aim."

Upon joining NOVUS, Rosenthal expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "Joining the NOVUS team at this pivotal moment is exciting. The agency has cultivated a strong reputation for delivering precision and accountability. My goal is to assist clients in seamlessly connecting their brand strategies with their performance metrics, ensuring they adeptly navigate and thrive amid market complexities."
