The UCC Coffee Academy, founded in 2007 in Kobe and expanded to Tokyo in 2015, has facilitated the learning of coffee craft to nearly 197,000 participants, soon nearing the elusive 200,000 mark. This festival is an extension of their mission to explore innovative coffee possibilities and cherish the art of brewing.
