Experience a Culinary Time Travel at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba's Nostalgic Summer Gourmet Fair

The Hilton Tokyo Odaiba is set to delight guests once more with the second installment of its "Nostalgic Summer Gourmet Fair" at the all-day dining venue, Seascape Terrace Dining. This event will kick off on July 1 and run until August 31, building on the success of the first phase that featured American cuisine.

This summer fair is designed to bring families together, offering dishes that cater to all ages. The first phase featured hearty American classics, and now for the second phase, the spotlight is on Japanese comfort food, presented with unique hotel twists.

Guests will find an array of beloved Japanese dishes carefully crafted to evoke nostalgia. Some must-try items include the fragrant and rich "Pork Ginger", the delicious "Napolitan" made with Iberico pork and a special hayashi sauce, and the flavorful "Egg Sandwich" infused with umami-rich dashi in its omelet. The fair also features live cooking stations where guests can enjoy freshly prepared dishes such as a hearty "Potato Stew"—a medley of large vegetables cut and served right before their eyes—and the delectable "Omu Meshi Rice" filled with grilled eel and anago.

The dessert selection is just as impressive. Guests can indulge in nostalgic treats like the Japanese-born "Mil Crepe", the retro-looking yellow cream-filled "Mont Blanc", and the subtle yet delightful "Matcha Anmitsu".

Moreover, the fair continues its homage to the 1970 International Exposition held in Osaka, featuring international-inspired dishes. Guests can savor the "Moonstone Hamburger with Demi-Glace Sauce", shaped to represent the moonstone, and the enticing "Milanese Cheese Baked Spaghetti".

This fair not only caters to adults reminiscing about childhood flavors but also offers child-friendly dishes that are sure to please the younger guests. It's about creating a delightful "gourmet time travel" experience where family and friends can bond over great food.
