The seminar will methodically explain the comprehensive process technology for ceramic laminate components and multilayer boards, covering the stages from pre-sheet formation processes to sheet formation, via hole formation, internal wiring printing, lamination, pressing, cutting, firing, and terminal electrode formation. Key aspects of clean environments necessary for electronic component manufacturing will also be explored, alongside evaluation techniques such as scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), micro-focus X-ray imaging, and ultrasonic testing methods.
