Darrio, BGC's Field Operations Manager, remarked on his extensive 30-year tenure in the energy sector and how witnessing the collaborative efforts of BGC and Pike inspired his renewed aspirations to contribute positively to the Bahamian community.

The new team comprises senior leaders with a combined experience of over 100 years in energy, construction, and utilities. Additionally, more than 30% of the new employees are field workers, the first step for future line workers, paving the way for upcoming talent in the energy sector. Technicians and experienced operators represent another 20%, solidifying the technical foundation vital for BGC’s success.
