Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign Launched in Tochigi Prefecture

Introduction to the Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign

In an effort to support local businesses, Suits Inc., located in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has launched the sixth phase of the "Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign". This initiative specifically targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Tochigi Prefecture that have fewer than 100 employees. The campaign runs from February 10 to February 20, 2026, offering a 20% discount on paid plans for those who apply through the Suit Up inquiry form during this period.

Understanding the Suit Up Program

Suit Up is an AI-driven cloud-based management tool designed to simplify project and task management for teams. Businesses can utilize a seven-day free trial of the beta version to familiarize themselves with the platform before fully committing. This tool allows companies to enhance task visibility, prevent deadline misses, and streamline operations entirely through easy-to-use features akin to spreadsheet applications.

The current campaign encourages businesses in Tochigi to adopt more efficient task management practices. Participants who wish to take advantage of this offer can do so by filling out the inquiry form and mentioning the campaign in their request.

The Importance of Task Management for SMEs

A recent study conducted by Nulabo between October 6 and October 10, 2023, highlights the existing challenges SMEs face with task management. Surprisingly, 31.2% of respondents indicated they primarily rely on emails and calendar functions for individual task management. Handwritten notes and business chat applications followed closely behind, while dedicated task management tools only accounted for about 11.7%.

Such statistics reveal a significant gap in how companies approach team task management. For example, consider a company of 30 employees: if they spend approximately 8 minutes daily on task progress updates between supervisors and subordinates, it translates into a staggering cost of roughly 1.19 million yen per month. Implementing efficient task management systems can dramatically reduce this burden and increase productivity.

By introducing the Suit Up 2026 Local Support Campaign, Suits Inc. aims to address the pressing need for better task management among SMEs, helping them to automate and enhance their workflow with ease.

Features of Suit Up

The Suit Up cloud service operates on simplistic principles, facilitating straightforward daily project and task management. Features include task templates, deadline notifications, and standard task settings, all designed to foster consistent use and simplify team collaboration. Unlike traditional spreadsheets, Suit Up offers a comprehensive solution that adapts to the unique needs of team dynamics.

Launched in September 2023 as an alpha version, the beta version released in April 2024 will incorporate essential functions, including basic task organization and analysis, communication tools, and ongoing task assignments that keep teams aligned and on target. Pricing structures are user-friendly, with the standard plan costing Japan 1,080 yen per user per month, while small businesses with fewer than ten users can access the starter plan at a rate of 500 yen per user.

As part of its beta launch campaign, Suit Up will waive initial setup fees until March 31, 2026, making it an opportune time for SMEs to integrate this essential management system.
