Contest Concept

The core idea behind this year's contest is "Connecting and Expanding through Uniforms". At Folk, we take great pride in our engagement with our clients and their feedback helps us to continually refine our offerings. This contest aims to foster a vibrant community among all who wear our uniforms, regardless of their profession or sector. Whether you're a medical professional or an office worker, if you don our uniforms, you are welcome to participate!

Contest Timeline:

• - Submission Period: April 14, 2025 - August 22, 2025
• - Judging Period: Late August 2025
• - Results Announcement: Late September 2025

Prizes:
1. Grand Prize for Groups (1 group): Up to ¥200,000 worth of Folk uniforms. The winning group will be able to choose from our range of scrubs, blouses, vests, and dresses, with a maximum limit of 10 items totaling ¥200,000.

2. Grand Prize for Individuals (1 person): A digital gift card for QUO Card Pay valued at ¥20,000.

3. Special Jury Prize (1 individual or 1 group): A digital gift card for QUO Card Pay valued at ¥10,000.

4. Aiming for Win (1 or more winners): A digital gift card for QUO Card Pay valued at ¥5,000 each.

How to Enter

1. Via Instagram:

• - Share your photo or video using the hashtag #フォークのフォトコン2025.

Note: You may enter as many times as you like, but multiple entries cannot contain the same photo.

2. Via X (formerly Twitter):

• - Post your entries using the hashtag #フォークのフォトコン2025.

Again, you can enter multiple times, but you cannot submit the same photo more than once.

3. Via Website:

• - Complete the submission form on our designated contest page and attach your entry image.
