BAKERS gonna BAKE Unveils Festive Scones and Winter Drinks for the Holiday Season
As the holiday season approaches, BAKERS gonna BAKE, a renowned scone specialty store operated by Ivy Company Japan, has announced the release of an exclusive range of Christmas-themed scones and a rich winter milk tea. Starting December 3, customers can indulge in delights such as the "Strawberry Candle Scone," "Stollen Scone," "Christmas Chocolate Scone," and the winter exclusive milk tea "Ice Honeycomb Toffee Milk Tea with Paris Chocolate Caramel."
Festive Scones to Celebrate Christmas
This year marks a special occasion for BAKERS gonna BAKE, with the introduction of three original scone varieties that beautifully embody the spirit of Christmas. The "Strawberry Candle Scone," available at Tokyo Gift Palette, features succulent strawberry pieces and a layer of white chocolate cream, elegantly topped with a whole strawberry that mimics the appearance of a candle. This enticing treat will be available from December 3 to December 25 for 500 yen (tax included).
Additionally, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Echika Omotesando, a limited-edition dish called the "An Butter Scone Sandwich with Pistachio Butter & Strawberry" will be sold from December 2 to December 25 for 500 yen. This delightful combination of smooth white bean paste and homemade pistachio butter is nestled in a buttermilk scone, generously topped with a white chocolate-coated strawberry, providing a luxurious taste experience.
Other festive offerings include the "Christmas Chocolate Scone," laden with chunky chocolate pieces and drizzled with dark chocolate, as well as the "Stollen Scone," which boasts a rich texture thanks to the inclusion of six varieties of dried fruits and are baked to perfection with a touch of burnt butter.
A New Winter Milk Tea Experience
In addition to the scones, a new winter milk tea option is also being introduced. The "Ice Honeycomb Toffee Milk Tea with Paris Chocolate Caramel" presents a creamy and rich Assam milk tea topped with crispy honeycomb toffee and caramel sauce. Set to launch on December 3, this winter drink is priced at 590 yen and features a delightful mixture of textures when enjoyed correctly. Customers are encouraged to first savor the milk tea as it is, then gently crush the chocolate on the inside of the cup, allowing the honeycomb toffee to combine with the drink for a novel texture experience.
More Seasonal Delights
Alongside the previously mentioned offerings, other seasonal scones like the "Maple & Pecan Nuts" scone, filled with the sweetness of maple syrup and nuttiness of pecans, will be available as well. A savory scone filled with corn cream stew, bacon, potatoes, and carrots is also set to delight customers seeking something different.
The luxurious yet simple taste of the scones from BAKERS gonna BAKE reflects their commitment to using carefully selected ingredients, baked to perfection. Whether looking for a sweet treat or something savory, this holiday season offers a perfect opportunity to indulge.
