The uniquely crafted shaved ice served during the summer months stands out for its fluffy texture, achieved through a meticulous freezing process that takes 48 hours to filter and freeze pure, clean ice. Each dessert is paired with a special sauce designed by the restaurant's dedicated pastry chef. Additionally, new cooling systems have been installed on the terrace for comfort during the hottest days, ensuring a pleasant environment for visitors to enjoy their treats.

1. WA!! Kumano Shaved Ice
A returning favorite featuring deep flavors of brown sugar and condensed milk, complemented by delicious Japanese sweets like matcha pudding, boiled adzuki beans, and crunchy rice snacks. This year, they’ve enhanced the flavor by using ‘Miyazaki Seito Daichi no Megumi Black Sugar’ syrup for a richer taste.
