DesignStein Studios Earns Prestigious International Design Awards
DesignStein Studios, a prominent consultancy specializing in industrial design, has recently secured notable accolades at the International Design Awards (IDA). This esteemed recognition highlights their outstanding contributions to product safety and technology, marking a significant achievement in their creative journey.
The studio clinched a Bronze Medal for its innovative Cone Light, a transformative solution designed to enhance road safety. This inventive attachment, developed in collaboration with Pi-Lit, allows standard Cal-Trans road cones to illuminate entirely from the base. Unlike traditional reflective cones that depend on vehicle headlights, the Cone Light provides a constant and highly visible alert to drivers. This innovative lighting mechanism improves the early detection of road hazards, making it safer for both motorists and traffic workers.
