Huawei Europe Enterprise Roadshow 2025
In a groundbreaking initiative to showcase its innovative scenario-based IT technologies, Huawei is launching the Europe Enterprise Roadshow 2025. This mobile exhibition will traverse 29 cities across 17 European countries, featuring cutting-edge solutions aimed at helping industries undergo digital and smart transformation. The overarching theme for this year’s roadshow centers around “Accelerating Industrial Digital Intelligence”.
The mobile truck exhibition will serve as a platform to highlight advancements in data communication, storage, and optical networks. These solutions are specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by various sectors as they seek to digitally transform their operations. The goal of the roadshow is to assist European businesses and public sector entities in speeding up their digital transformations and embracing digital intelligence.
Last year, the roadshow attracted over 7,000 visitors, indicating a significant interest in Huawei's offerings. Willi Song, President of Huawei Europe’s Enterprise Business Unit, emphasized, “With the Europe Enterprise Roadshow 2025, we underscore our commitment to digital and smart transformation in Europe. This year, we place special importance on industry-specific scenarios and strengthening our partner ecosystem. This allows us to better demonstrate to clients and partners how our solutions address their individual challenges and support their transformations.”
The Impacts of Digital Intelligence in Europe
Europe stands at the crossroads of a profound change driven by artificial intelligence, increased data volumes, faster networks, and high-performance computing power. This transformation is affecting digital transformation across all sectors of the economy, aiming to sustainably improve society, industries, and the environment. The roadshow will showcase practical solutions on how this transformation can be achieved.
Civil administrations are beginning to offer personalized public services, while smart cities are evolving into smart living spaces. The healthcare sector is adopting IoT technologies to enhance patient care, and academic research is capitalizing on advanced AI storage solutions. As educational institutions move towards full digitization, the retail sector is implementing innovative, customer-centric concepts.
“Technology has matured, tools are ready - now is the right time to accelerate digital and smart transformation in Europe and fully harness its benefits,” added Song.
Sector-Specific Solutions at the Forefront
The 2025 Enterprise Roadshow will present a wide array of innovative IT solutions tailored for diverse industries. Huawei is set to showcase the “Future-Ready Data Storage” technology, enabling companies to unlock the value of exponentially growing data in the era of artificial intelligence.
For modern campus environments, the “Xinghe Smart Campus” system provides a holistic, AI-supported infrastructure equipped with smart antennas, scheduling, VIP experience guarantees, and unique Wi-Fi 7 technologies that enhance energy savings. Moreover, the “All-Optical Network” solution offers ultra-fast and reliable connectivity for various application scenarios.
In the education sector, Huawei will highlight the “Research Data Management” system that aids research institutions in efficiently managing large volumes of data, alongside the “Education Campus Network” solution designed for a completely digitalized learning environment. The public sector benefits from the “Smart City” platform, empowering local governance to rapidly promote network coverage, enhance civil services, and bridge the digital divide.
In healthcare, Huawei presents the “HISPACS A-A-Unified Storage” solution for seamless integration of hospital information, imaging archiving, and communication storage systems. Additional offerings include the “Multi-Branch Retail Solution” and “Managed Wi-Fi Service” for retailers, as well as the “FTTO Solution for Hotels” to deliver fiber optic network infrastructure to the hospitality sector.
Song reiterated, “Our industry-specific adaptations for storage, network, and optical solutions ensure that companies achieve optimum performance tailored to their unique requirements. This enables us to support multiple sectors and companies in accelerating transformation and promoting the adoption of digital intelligence across Europe.”
Introducing HUAWEI eKit and Expanding Partner Ecosystem
A noteworthy new addition to the roadshow is HUAWEI eKit, a sub-brand under the distribution business focused on SMEs. Operating in over 100 countries, this platform offers partners comprehensive solutions for transactions, operations, and marketing. HUAWEI eKit aims to simplify distributions by providing easy-to-manage and implement solutions, ensuring end-to-end simplicity for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Moreover, Huawei offers extensive service packages to its partners. At the highest service level, it guarantees delivery of spare parts within four hours. In customer support, Huawei provides help line assistance in 18 languages across 33 countries, with rapid response times of five minutes.
Facilitating Networking and Local Collaborations
At each stop of the roadshow, the mobile truck converts into an exhibition stand, showcasing deep and detailed information ranging from individual product areas to industry applications and flexible multi-solution offerings. Huawei experts will be present at each location to present solutions and answer queries. Furthermore, the roadshow truck will serve as a platform for local events such as panel discussions, presentations of user scenarios, customer sharing, product training, networking, Q&A sessions, and award ceremonies.
The Huawei Enterprise Roadshow 2025 will take place from March to September, stopping in key cities across France, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Poland.
