Halifax Humane Society Concludes Clear the Shelters Campaign
The Halifax Humane Society is set to host its Grand Finale for the Clear the Shelters campaign this weekend, marking an exciting end to their month-long initiative. This special event will take place on
August 22 and
August 23, welcoming animal lovers to the Lohman Pet Adoption Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The finale will feature
free adoptions for all dogs and cats, continuing the organization's strong commitment to finding loving homes for pets in need. According to Sean Hawkins, CEO of Halifax Humane Society, the organization aims to find homes for
100 pets over these two days. With
no adoption fees, all prospective pet owners are encouraged to visit and consider bringing a furry friend into their lives.
Special Activities During the Event
The Crescendo Finale isn’t just about finding pets homes; it’s also a celebration! On
Friday (August 22), attendees can enjoy delicious offerings from the
Breezer Eats Food Truck and
Frozen Frog Shaved Ice, available from noon until 6 p.m. There's also a chance for families to meet and take photos with the well-loved Frog Mascot!
On
