Select penthouses boast expansive rooftops, while 35 ground-floor apartments offer private gardens complete with pools or Jacuzzis. This project aims to become Greece's largest and most modern shopping center, set to feature 100,000 square meters of combined retail, dining, and entertainment spaces within a sustainable, hybrid framework of indoor and outdoor public areas. The strong interest from retailers is reflected in signed agreements that already cover 70% of the total rental area, preparing for a grand opening in 2029.
