CleanSpark Expands into Texas with AI Data Center Plans

CleanSpark, Inc. (Nasdaq: CLSK), known as America's Bitcoin Miner®, has officially entered the Texas market by acquiring a substantial 271 acres of land in Austin County. This strategic move is complemented by securing power supply agreements totaling an impressive 285 megawatts. The acquisitions are designed to establish a next-generation data center campus tailored to meet the surging demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud computing workloads.

Strategic Overview

The acquisition signifies a 28% increase in CleanSpark's power capabilities, positioning the company advantageously in a region conducive to high-performance computing. The site benefits from its proximity to a major fiber backbone and robust grid infrastructure, setting the stage for diversifying CleanSpark's operations beyond bitcoin mining into high-performance computing (HPC).
