This state-of-the-art portable ergonomic conveyor system will make its debut at MODEX 2026, showcasing enhancements aimed at boosting operational efficiency while minimizing physical strain on workers.

Having spent over fifteen years in perfecting the Destuff-it Portable Ergonomic Conveyor, Gorbel continues to lead in creating solutions that accommodate the evolving needs of warehouses. The Destuff-it 2.0 is specifically designed to cater to floor-loaded trailers, further enhancing safety and user-friendliness while maximizing productivity, a standard that the original model was known for.

Key Features of the Destuff-it 2.0

1. Intuitive Handling

With the introduction of a joystick drive control and a Human-Machine Interface (HMI), the Destuff-it 2.0 ensures that new operators can quickly learn how to operate the conveyor efficiently. The refined maneuverability and acceleration also optimize travel through trailers and docks, ensuring minimal downtime during operations.

2. Three-Belt Conveyor Design

The next-generation pivoting conveyor boasts a robust capacity of 165 lbs, allowing operators to handle a greater volume of packages without the risk of injury. During rigorous testing, operations achieved a remarkable throughput of over 1,200 cases per hour, setting a new benchmark for performance in the industry.

3. Enhanced Safety and Service Features

Equipped to operate on a standard 120V power supply, the Destuff-it 2.0 significantly reduces electrical hazards while simplifying installation and rental processes. Safety enhancements include emergency stop mechanisms, safety sensors, improved lighting systems, and an innovative HMI operator interface that aids service technicians during troubleshooting.

4. Customizable Configurations

Gorbel offers two configurations to suit various operational needs. The DT200 comes with an operator platform that elevates workers by 30 inches, enabling them to reach high box walls with ease. Conversely, the DT100 omits the operator platform for a more space-efficient design while still enhancing both ergonomics and productivity.
