On May 13, 2025, SurgePays, Inc., a wireless and point-of-sale technology firm listed on Nasdaq as SURG, unveiled its financial outcomes for the first quarter ending March 31, 2025. The company is gearing up for significant growth following the completion of its nationwide launch and the integration with AT&T. SurgePays confidently projects revenues exceeding $200 million over the next year, emphasizing the imminent positive cash flow expected by year-end.

Brian Cox, Chairman and CEO of SurgePays, highlighted the impactful investments made in the team, technology, and partnerships that set the stage for a pivotal growth phase. He noted that the successful transition from a reseller model to becoming a direct carrier partner marks a transformative milestone in SurgePays' journey. With the launch of its mobile virtual network operations (MVNO) and network enabler (MVNE), the company shipped over 250,000 SIM cards to customers and retail partners, emphasizing its strong position in the market.

The completion of the nationwide launch on the AT&T network marks a critical milestone for SurgePays. Some operational highlights include the shipping of over 250,000 SIM cards, with an additional 290,000 units in inventory and plans to ship another 250,000 by June in response to rising demand for connectivity solutions. The MVNO integration was finalized on April 1, including the transition of subscribers and full validation of provisioning, billing, and API systems by AT&T. SurgePays also expanded its MVNE pipeline, integrating three new MVNOs with two more in the onboarding process.
