Scott Hackett comes to Craig Group with an extensive background in private equity partnerships, commercial strategy, and revenue operations. His impressive track record in driving growth for SaaS models and recurring-revenue businesses places him in a prime position to elevate the performance of Craig Group's investment portfolio. Hackett's impressive performance notably earned him SBI’s Full Potential Value Award in 2022. He is recognized for his analytical prowess especially in completing over 20 due diligence assessments, which involved financial modeling and strategic recommendations.
Hackett’s previous experiences include transformative roles in revenue operations at high-growth companies. At Zappi, he played a vital role in redesigning the sales process and organizational framework, which led to a remarkable 40% increase in annual bookings. Similarly, at Forrester Research, he managed an annual quota-setting process worth $400 million. His career foundations were laid in professional services with KPMG and BerryDunn, further developing his financial insights and operational excellence.
