What is Frescoball?

Frescoball is a unique beach sport that originated in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1945. Unlike traditional sports, where players compete against each other, Frescoball is a cooperative scoring game where two players rally against each other. This feature makes it an enjoyable experience for all, encouraging teamwork and strategy. The upcoming championship will showcase various formats, including the Trinca Match, Challenge Match, and Dream Match.

Championship Formats

1. Trinca Match (Team of Three): This competition consists of teams of three players continuing a rally. It’s a popular format in Brazil, known for its dynamic gameplay. Each category will have separate competitions for men, women, and mixed teams.

- Categories: Fresh category (fresh players), Cross category (pairing fresh and general players), Next category (pairing general players without past official wins)
- Prizes: Medals for category winners.

3. Dream Match (Prize Money Distribution): This unique segment will involve top-ranked players, guaranteeing an exciting and high-stakes rally.
