John Navarro Takes the Helm at MCA Security Division

Effective March 17, 2025, Navarro comes with over 25 years of experience in security management and innovation. His extensive background will be pivotal in guiding MCA as it expands its offerings in workplace security and safety solutions.

John Navarro’s career has been marked by significant achievements and leadership roles within the security sector. He notably spent 23 years at Stanley Security (Stanley Black & Decker), where he played a crucial role in operational expansion, global strategy development, and market launches. His efforts led to the successful establishment of Enterprise, National, and Global Accounts programs that allowed clients to adopt scalable security solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

Before joining MCA, Navarro served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Scutum Group. In this role, he unified 50 acquisitions across 13 countries, creating a cohesive global strategy that resonated across diverse markets. His unique ability to integrate different elements into a unified vision will be invaluable in his new role at MCA.
