The countdown to the BEYOND2026 Social Conference has begun, where discussions will focus on how various sectors can contribute to creating sustainable social infrastructures. Organized by taliki, in collaboration with Kyoto City and Kyoto Research Park, this year's conference marks its 10th edition, taking place on October 30-31, 2026. In anticipation of the main event, a nationwide pre-event tour will be held across seven regions: Tokyo, Amichō (Shimane), Sendai, Kyushu, Osaka, Okayama, and Kyoto.

Purpose of BEYOND2026

The BEYOND conference series aims to empower social entrepreneurs and those engaged in solving social issues. Since its inception in 2018, it has attracted over 3,600 participants through its nine previous events, creating a platform where diverse perspectives and resources converge for collaborative growth. This year's theme highlights the necessity of peace as a cornerstone for social and economic prosperity, prompting discussions on responsibilities across sectors including businesses, government, and nonprofits.

The pre-event tour will spotlight local heroes tackling challenges unique to their regions, with sessions on topics like economic security, impact investing, and community ecosystems. Each city's agenda is designed to explore prevailing issues and innovate solutions tailored to their specific contexts.
