SINEXCEL Achieves Milestone with First Energy Storage System Implementation in Ukraine

SINEXCEL's Energy Storage Breakthrough in Ukraine

On January 8, 2026, SINEXCEL (300693.SZ) celebrated a significant milestone with the successful deployment of its first energy storage system in Ukraine. This system boasts a capacity of 1.5 MW and can store up to 3 MWh, marking an essential advancement in the company’s expansion into the European market. The implementation not only underscores SINEXCEL's competence in providing reliable and flexible energy storage solutions but also plays a crucial role in enhancing the stability of local electricity networks.

Meeting the Need for Reliable Energy Supply

As communities across the globe increasingly demand stable electricity supply for essential services and daily activities, effective and adaptable energy solutions have become paramount. The energy storage system installed in Ukraine aims to fulfill this necessity by providing a dependable backup for the local grid, significantly easing operational burdens and contributing to a more consistent power supply.

Working with a power conversion system (PCS) rated at 160 kW, this installation is capable of meeting the daily energy needs of approximately 300 households. This support is pivotal for the local community, ensuring that energy availability is reliable and consistent.

Enhancing Grid Stability

The SINEXCEL PCS system is designed to react within milliseconds, facilitating swift and precise adjustments to grid parameters. This capability dramatically boosts both the responsiveness and flexibility of the energy network. Enhanced grid safety and energy quality are also notable features, as the system supports efficient bi-directional energy flow. It maintains voltage stability through dynamic reactive power compensation, ensuring that energy quality meets the rigorous standards required by both industrial consumers and residential users.

Moreover, the high protection level and modular architecture of the system ensure long-term reliability, simplified maintenance, and versatile capacity expansion to meet future energy demands.

A Track Record of Success

To date, SINEXCEL has successfully delivered energy storage solutions worldwide with a cumulative capacity exceeding 15 GW / 40 GWh, executing over 5,000 projects across more than 40 countries and regions. This recent achievement reaffirms the company’s capability to scale proven energy storage technologies across diverse network environments and underscores its commitment to further expansion in Europe amid increasing demand for reliable and flexible energy solutions.

Founded in 2007, SINEXCEL has positioned itself as a leader in the energy storage and electric vehicle charging systems markets. With a proven installation track record of 15 GW of energy storage systems, 140,000 electric vehicle chargers, and nearly 20 million active harmonic filters, SINEXCEL is dedicated to partnerships with industry leaders like EVE Energy and Schneider Electric to innovate and provide high-quality energy access.

This landmark project in Ukraine not only marks the beginning of a new chapter for SINEXCEL in Europe but also represents a substantial step forward in strengthening the energy backbone of local communities and ensuring that electricity supply remains robust and steady in times of need.
