Diners can delight in carefully prepared dishes such as Grilled Tajima Chicken with Garlic Oil served with Burdock and Spring Cabbage, featuring the aromatic mingling of grilled chicken, vegetables, and a sumptuous sauce. Another highlight is Steamed Sea Bream with Bamboo Shoots and Fresh Wakame, which perfectly balances flavors and textures that showcase the best of springtime.
