Effective July 1, 2026, David Jukes, the current President and Chief Executive Officer, will transition into the role of Executive Chair of the Board. As the newly appointed Executive Chair, Jukes will collaborate closely with the company's management team and board to ensure strategic oversight, continuity, and the realization of established goals. Chemical Distribution and Services

Led by CEO Robert Craycraft, this segment aims to connect a comprehensive portfolio of chemical products with a robust global logistics network, providing top-tier local service.

Ingredients and Specialty Products

Under the leadership of CEO Nicholas Powell, this segment serves selected industries by offering a premium portfolio of specialty chemicals and ingredients. With the backing of a global network of development laboratories and test kitchens, the focus is on addressing technical challenges and bringing better products to market more quickly.

ChemPoint

This segment continues to support suppliers and customers in discovering new growth opportunities through on-demand solutions and multi-channel digital marketing campaigns aimed at a wide range of chemicals and ingredients.

Every CEO within these segments will report directly to the board, reinforcing both accountability and clear strategic guidance.

Strategic Milestone

As part of this transformation, Nicholas (Nick) Alexos will transition from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to a member of the board of Univar Solutions. “Nick has been instrumental in our company’s growth, especially during our transition from a publicly traded entity to a private company. I am very grateful for his partnership and look forward to working with him as a board member,” Jukes added.
