Guozi Robotics Partners with Hithium for Innovative Factory in Texas

In December 2025, Hithium, a prominent player in battery manufacturing, reached a significant milestone at its factory in Texas, USA, as it commenced mass production and delivery of its products. This event was made possible through a strategic partnership with Guozi Robotics, which played a crucial role in developing an intelligent manufacturing ecosystem tailored for Industry 4.0.

The New Manufacturing Facility

The Hithium facility is an expansive 480,000 square feet and represents a remarkable investment of approximately $200 million. With this new plant, Hithium aims to produce an impressive annual capacity of 10 GWh worth of modules and battery systems. The collaboration with Guozi Robotics is designed to ensure that the factory operates with cutting-edge technology, including smart logistics and automated manufacturing processes.

Smart Robotics in Action

Guozi Robotics has equipped the Hithium factory with over 100 intelligent logistics robots, which include advanced Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and various lifting robots. Notably, the AGVs provided are capable of carrying up to 1.2 tons and can lift materials to heights of 7 meters, showcasing a precision of ±10 mm in storage positioning. These robots are not only responsible for transporting materials within the facility but also interface automatically with production lines and material carts.

In addition to the AGVs, Guozi has supplied essential equipment such as high racks, electrically controlled storage systems, bridge cranes, and automated doors. This integrated automation system aids in seamlessly managing the entire production flow, ensuring that manufacturing efficiency is maximized.
