Giuseppe Enea, project manager at Studio Marco Piva, the architectural firm behind the makeover, expressed how the fire incident transformed their approach. He noted that retaining the existing structure provides a platform for resilience and superior material performance. The use of Novelis' low-carbon aluminum enables a blend of sustainability and advanced façade engineering, ensuring both durability and fire safety in the design.
