Changes Ahead: International Isotopes Rebrands to Radnostix

In a notable move within the biotechnology industry, International Isotopes Inc. has changed its name to Radnostix, Inc., effective immediately. This change, officially filed in Texas, marks a significant moment in the company's longstanding history since its inception in 1995. The rebranding aims to better align the company with its evolving mission in the realms of radioisotopes and theranostic products.

As the company transitions to the Radnostix name, it aims to encapsulate its new strategic direction, highlighting a diversification of its product offerings and a commitment to becoming a leader in the theranostics sector. Theranostics, a field that combines therapeutic and diagnostic processes, is gaining momentum, and Radnostix is poised to capitalize on this growth.

The identity shift is not merely cosmetic; every aspect of the company's operations will now reflect the Radnostix brand. However, existing sub-brands such as Radqual, Radvent, Easyfill, Benchmark, and PhanQual will continue under the new umbrella of Radnostix. While the International Isotopes branding will phase out as the primary identifier, it will still see usage in specific contexts related to high-energy sources and stable isotopes.

CEO Shahe Bagerdjian expressed optimism about the rebrand, stating, "The name Radnostix better encapsulates our mission in the radioisotope theranostics space. While our name is changing, our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service remains steadfast."

The name change is also notable for shareholders, who will see no immediate changes to their stock holdings. Shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol
