Motoki's extensive experience in consulting and client transformation positions him to significantly enhance WorkX's service offerings. Having joined WorkX in July 2025, he has been actively involved in advancing the company's mission of raising the productivity of the country's workforce. Under his leadership, WorkX aims to expand its service range and improve delivery quality further, striving to maximize client value.
“The goal of making the productivity of this country the best in the world is what drives us at WorkX,” Motoki stated. “With the cooperation of both our in-house consultants and freelance professionals registered within our platforms, we will work meticulously towards contributing to our client's transformations.”
Kenji Motoki's Professional Journey
Motoki graduated from university before spending almost 16 years at a major property and casualty insurance company, where he was involved in agency sales, corporate sales, and product development. Following this, he joined ABeam Consulting, leading numerous projects that spanned various topics such as marketing, client engagement, back-office operations, corporate governance enhancement, and staff development for over 20 firms and organizations, primarily in the insurance sector.
