IntelAgree Rolls Out New Enhancements to Saige Assist
In a significant move to simplify the contract management process, IntelAgree, a leading platform in AI-powered contract lifecycle management, has announced the rollout of new features in its Saige Assist: Agent. These enhancements come as part of IntelAgree’s commitment to make contract management more intuitive and integrated into everyday workflows for teams.
New Skills in Saige Assist Agent
The most notable feature introduced is the ability to create and manage skills within Saige Assist Agent. Skills are essentially pre-defined workflows that can be re-executed on demand, allowing for consistent handling of repetitive tasks like biweekly reports or standard contract reviews. These skills are stored as Markdown files, giving teams the flexibility to either create their own workflows directly in IntelAgree or import existing ones from other platforms. This capability allows each team to leverage their historical contract data effectively, as the Agent can access all signed agreements and their related revisions, comments, and version histories.
In addition, here are some of the user capabilities brought by skills:
- - Creation and Management: Users can create, search for, manage, and edit skills from a dedicated interface within Saige Assist.
- - Markdown Downloads: The option to download a skill as a Markdown file enables easy sharing with team members, letting them upload it into their respective systems.
- - Microsoft Word Integration: Teams can run their skills while using IntelAgree's Microsoft Word Add-in, streamlining the process of redlining contracts.
With an expanded search functionality, the Agent now delves deeper into contract and configuration data, including business keys and various risk scores. This additional context means users can receive more accurate answers, enhancing overall decision-making.
User Controls to Ensure Precision
As the Agent evolves to take on more responsibilities, users benefit from tighter controls. A new “Stop” function allows users to halt a task midway if a wrong direction is taken, while the “Steer” feature redirects the Agent's focus, minimizing delays and ensuring that human judgment guides all requests.
Kyle Myers, the Chief Product Officer at IntelAgree, stated, “Contract work should meet people where they already are, and now it does. A team can run its own workflows on a deal with the deal's full history at their fingertips. Freedom and control in the same space is what teams should expect from AI in a contract platform.”
Streamlined Contract Requests
Another noteworthy feature of this latest update is the ability to hide irrelevant questions based on user permissions during the contract creation process. This smart functionality reduces unnecessary steps for business users, making the “Define Contract” page cleaner and more user-friendly by displaying only relevant fields based on their role.
Administrators can manage which questions are hidden from the users via the
