The program invites qualified juniors and seniors who meet their school’s academic and attendance benchmarks. Participants rotate between educational learning and hands-on fieldwork, spending considerable time alongside experienced technicians. These students do not simply shadow; they actively contribute by installing water heaters, ductwork, and learning how to communicate with clients on job sites.
